Whether you’re interested in trying out clay for the first time or having a spot to practice and fire your work, FLOW studios is for beginners to experienced ceramicists. We offer short crash courses and 5-week introductory or exploratory classes, open studio, afterwork sessions, and events and group bookings.
We focus on hand-building techniques, design development and developing confidence in trying out your ideas. From coiling to slab-making, there are endless possibilities to exploring the material in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
Here in the studio, I collaborate with local businesses, designers and students that focus on circular, regenerative design principles. Starting by assessing local design intervention opportunities, we develop design projects, material research and sustainable innovation.
Ongoing collaborations include PM & Vänner and Fem2design in our regenerative textile & food waste collection: SPILL.
FLOW studios is also partly situated at VXO FARMLab where we experiment with food systems, growing practices, bio-based materials and plant dyes.
